  2005.09—2010.07 北京理工大学管理学博士学位(管理科学与工程专业),期间曾于2008年7月—2009年9月作为访问学生在美国佐治亚理工大学公共政策学院访问学习。
  2010.07北京理工大学管理与经济学院教师。2014年07月,获聘为副教授。
  先后主持或参加国家自然科学基金青年基金/面上项目/重点项目、国家软科学、国家科技部、北京市科委等多项国家级、省部级课题研究20余项。参与多项企业并购实务,主持企业委托项目多项。作为独立作者出版《企业并购实验教程》教材一部。
